How InlineStyle handles personal data.
Who operates InlineStyle
InlineStyle is operated by a for-profit company registered in Italy. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at contact@inlinestyle.it.
What data we process
Depending on how you use InlineStyle, we may process:
- Account information, such as your email address, username and display name.
- Authentication information, including a securely stored password hash.
- Subscription and payment information, such as payment-provider identifiers, transaction details, amount, currency and subscription dates.
- Content you choose to store, send, publish or share through our services, including files, documents, photos, email and other service content.
- Messages and information you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
- Anonymous, aggregate page-visit statistics for our public website through Simple Analytics.
Why we process it
We process this information to:
- create and manage accounts;
- provide, secure and maintain the services you use;
- process subscriptions and keep track of access and renewals;
- send account, service and subscription messages;
- respond to support requests;
- protect the service and prevent abuse; and
- understand and improve the public website.
Our legal bases are providing the service you request, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where consent is required.
European service infrastructure
InlineStyle services are operated entirely within the European Union, primarily in Germany. User data handled by InlineStyle services is stored and processed only within the EU and never leaves the EU.
Payment providers are separate from the InlineStyle service infrastructure and are not used to operate or host our services. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments
We offer Stripe and Ko-fi as separate payment options. When you choose a payment method, payment details are sent directly to the selected payment provider. InlineStyle does not receive full card or bank-account details.
Stripe is a US-based payment company. Ko-fi is our European payment choice for people who prefer not to use a US-based payment provider. Ko-fi is based in the United Kingdom, which is in Europe but is not an EU member state. Provider-side payment processing is governed by the selected provider's own privacy policy and arrangements.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Some information may be retained for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous where practical.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- provide access to your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data;
- restrict or object to processing; or
- provide your data in a portable format.
To make a request, email contact@inlinestyle.it. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country or to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies and analytics
Our subscription application may use necessary session cookies for login and security. The public website uses Simple Analytics only for anonymous, aggregate page-visit statistics. Simple Analytics does not track individual visitors, set cookies, collect IP addresses, fingerprint users, or create user, browser or device identifiers. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising profiles.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page.
